We're kicking off Dust 'Til Dusk with Orbea and flipping the podium on its head. This week, speed won't win you anything. The podium goes to the riders who finish right in the middle of the field. Go too hard and you're out of the running. Go too easy and you're out too. You won't know where the middle is until the last lap, so ride smart, have fun and aim for perfectly average.
