Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The Pisgah Area SORBA Board of Directors met for a regular Board meeting Monday evening, April 29, 2013, in the home of Chris Neubert. In attendance were Jeff Keener, Chris Neubert, Chuck Ramsey, Rick Schrader, Mark Stierwalt, and Chris Strout. President Chris Strout called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm and began working through an agenda distributed to Board members earlier in the day.

US Forest Service page says comments are still being accepted by 5/24/2013

On February 27, 2013 the Forest Service initiated a 60-day comment period to provide the public an opportunity to review the Agency’s proposed planning directives. The public comment period closed on April 29, but the Agency has decided to reopen the comment period for an additional 15 days to provide an opportunity to gather additional public input to inform the final planning directives.
